Refund/Returns guidelines are as follow:
Our neon signs are all made professionally by hand, therefore everyones will be different and made to brighten up the vibe of your space.
Our team accepts returns and exchanges on only faulty items, not due to a change of mind as all orders are different and not for everyone. Once all of our sales are on site it's final.
If for any unusual case, our customers neon sign has arrived damaged in any way, our customers will have one week from day one of tracked delivery to make us aware via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply as soon as we can with a replacement free of charge being delivered.
For all of our neon signs we offer a 24 month guarantee, Only if the sign stops working during the first 24 months after receiving the neon sign just email us or customer support with evidence of the sign that stopped working on it's own if its an internal issue, it will be replaced if it's not an internal issue the buyer won't be approved a refund or a replacement and if not caused by the buyer we will get it replaced free of charge straight away!
Import Fees & Duties Worldwide
For order worldwide it may include import frees & duties or taxes when delivery takes place. This can be different depending on country the customer is ordering from as well as the size and weight of the neon sign.
For any neon sign that is brought online this is the standard procedure and please be aware that this is not in our hands. Some orders will not include import fees, however for those that do have import fees it will be the customers responsibility and will not be covered by NeonHub.
